AiVideoEasy is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to:

  • Generate videos from text prompts (Text-to-Video)
  • Animate static images (Image-to-Video)
  • Create videos using reference videos (Reference-to-Video)
  • Purchase credits and subscriptions for video generation
  • Store and manage generated videos

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Authentication

You may authenticate using Google OAuth or Magic Link (email-based authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

AiVideoEasy operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased as one-time packages or through subscriptions
  • Credits are consumed when generating videos based on model, duration, and quality
  • Credits may have expiration dates as specified at purchase
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of service failure

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Creem, Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

4.3 Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent

  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content generated through our Service that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

AiVideoEasy and all related technology, including our AI models, algorithms, and platform design, are owned by AiVideoEasy and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service, including prompts and reference materials. Upon successful video generation, you grant AiVideoEasy a license to store, process, and deliver the generated video to you.

6.3 Generated Videos

You own all videos you generate using credits you have purchased, subject to these Terms. You have full commercial rights to use generated videos for any lawful purpose, including:

  • Social media content
  • Advertising and marketing
  • Commercial projects
  • Client work

6.4 Trademarks

AiVideoEasy, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of AiVideoEasy. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including pricing, features, and AI models.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That video generation will always be successful
  • The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiVideoEasy shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • User-generated content or its use

10. Indemnification
